CR wasn’t the first (or 2nd) pick.
Cisco sales culture is corrupted and feeds wrong practices and culture. Sales being so strong makes every decision very short-term focused and lack of real strategy. Add to that incompetent management people leave. Company has been continously lowering hiring bar and is full of b—s—ters, skivers, pretenders, brown-nosers.
With all that you have a recipe for disaster which is unfolding....

Cisco is a sinking ship.
Outsourcing companies, bad hiring, competition from other networking companies, networking gurus getting lured by Facebook, google, juniper, Arista, VMware and startups have taken a tool on Cisco systems. But, but.....I have a 'Thank You, John' T-shirt, Chuck gave me - https://newsroom.cisco.com/documents/10157/14740/CISCO_Rocks-058_820.jpg

Actually, JC messed up everything starting from changing Cisco logo
