Members are not happy

The company wants no lines and members using scan n go and club pick up but have created this mess of a membership so called member service desk... which has done nothing but take the member service out of it and made lines long and congested. Angry members and no barrier between us and them! Members ask every day several times a day “what so called genius came up with this dumb*ss idea?” I challenge you to go into clubs and work the desk and see how you idea is working for ya!
One phone, one register, one ridiculous decision. There's nothing to be done. Tablets are useless. Big deal, they make memberships faster. Half time membership cards don't work. Tablet card readers don't ...........who cares, nothing I say here will change anything. If long lines is what home office wants, so be it.
They haven't even moved ours yet. Said be after first of yr before they move our desk. I don't see it going over well either. Gonna be so much confusion and members are gonna get so mad.
