The person responsible for delivering “The Cloud” spent a ridiculous amount of money achieving Nothing and was rewarded with being promoted to “Distinguished Engineer”. Now he doesn’t even have to pretend to deliver anything, just Talk and gets paid huge Dollars. How to do you reward someone that never delivered????

Unfortunately this company is severely lacking the technology to stay competitive. They put so much money into clinical services to drive down cost but our systems and the way we report all our hard work is nothing to be proud of. Why are we so behind in technology in this day and age? Someone dropped the ball in the technology department and are probably laughing all the way to the bank with their million dollar bonus.

The obsession with "being like Amazon" is really the writing on the wall. Trying to emulate a competitor rather than provide alternative, better solutions demonstrates the lack of imagination, thought or dynamic in the leadership of the organization.

Man, what a bunch of B.S. I suggest everyone ask about layoffs. Nothing of importance covered on this call. This is just a way that leadership can pat themselves on the back. All fluff, no substance.
