I went from bakery TL @ $21/hr and stepped down to cake decorater position and it's now $18.90/hr

They can go in computer and tell you exactly how much you will be losing. Go where you loose the least it will take forever to recoup.

T-b-cco won't be there much longer. But as to your question, we had a lead step down to cashier and she only lost a couple dollars . Bottom half of Ohio.

If I were you think long and hard what you leaving on the table. It's not just the flat dollars per hours your walking away from, it's also the 401k match. Depending on your age you could be costing yourself a lot of money. Google 401k calculator an run your numbers before you make the choice.

Just my 2¢ wish I would have thought more before I cashed mine out 15 years ago at another job :(

Our produce lead stepped down to forklift merchandiser and he went from 21 to 18. Can't vouch for other clubs. (Columbus North)
