When do we get our Xmas bonus?
Many of the devoted to the new Molina drink the koolaid but do not know the favor! You do not know what you don't know but it is shocking what you do not know. Having to buy growth while losing business in anchor states speaks to your business practice.
We got some real dumb dumbs working at Molina! Most of them be friends and family....you heard it here first! Enjoy the koolaid folks
In a business that serves those that cannot afford healthcare "crowing about profits" does not appeal to the states. It is a poor lack of fundamental understanding of marketing and and clients. Of course our Board has no understanding of the business!
Illinois is not doing anything for this location at all.
It says that the Board would rather reward shareholders than spend money on members, providers or employees!
There used to be a big Christmas party for employees...all of the Molinas came and mingled with staff.
The CEO and Board crow about high margins and profits...will there be an employee Christmas party this year? Or will Scrooge Z, deny that perk so shareholders can make more?
