This the greatest accomplishment that Ford has done -NOT.
IDK the skip levels asked our opinion on SRD in June-July. Us peons said you trimmed wrong people, the ones we respected and did the work. The LL2 looked puzzled, the LL3 did not. Fast forward some months, we now do peer reviews instead of LL6 reviews. At least that is what we are being told- LL6 no longer has input to review. Probably BS to calm down workers. Remind me again, what value do the pencil pushing LL6 and LL5 add?
Like @12vGvAcv-8trz Henry would can the entire management.
SRD was the worst ever and they are not done yet. If Henry ford was alive he would lay off all managment layers.
So your the one likely responsible for some of these posts :(
The doc finally gave me xanax
Oh. It also gutted the company from being able to function by eliminating all process, and trimmed a very light layer of fat and good talent.
New acronym..Senior Retirement Date. Choosen for you by tool bot consultants.
Yes of course
It lined the pockets of The Boston Consulting Group to the tune of about $20 million.
By the way, BCG used the same SRD ploy to fleece GM a few years ago
The senior leadership justified end of year bonuses for themselves.
The stock price has gone up.....oh wait....
It made this website popular. Other than that, demoralized a bunch of good folks, drained the talent pool and has kept Ford stock stuck in the mud.
Post SRD our headcount increased, several people were promoted, and added another level to our leadership team. The bureaucracy has increased. The toxicity increased. Are these accomplishments?
