On https://www.greatplacetowork.com, it says "98% Employees say this is a great place to work" for Cisco.
Really??? I understand some people really have it made here, but that is SOME people, not 98%. I can guarantee you nobody I know here would say this is a great place to work. So who are these people? Did they only ask the C-suite?
Maybe it's the 9.8 people out of 10 they surveyed? ;-)
98% of those who answered the survey said something that could be construed as positive (read 'great') about Cisco. Look...this scheme is funded by those companies who are desparate to purchase a position in a list which provides a disingenuous message about the state of their company. Cisco @ #1 just means they paid more to top the list.
I think this is a great place to work. Minus the layoffs, of course.
