Any thoughts on the new performance agreement for 7 day repeat and rev gen?

The remaining call centers were suppose to be eliminated before the end of the year that is why new shift bid kept getting pushed out. They have only decided to keep the centers a little longer because commission is going away in retail and they need to be prepared for a mass exodus should many store reps quit. This is why care was "trained" to add lines.
And I’m like ok so u guys wanted us to walk customers thru changing their plan on the app if they called in to change their plan to push self serve but if we do that we won’t get our rev gen so we asked in our town hall and we are backing off of pushing self serve somewhat for now
They tried adding revgen to tech's pa many years ago and it failed miserably, reps added things without customer knowledge, hard selling customers phones when they were fixable..now that it's the primary focus, there's going to be a lot more employee corruption, just like there was in the past
