This company has never been the same since Hank left. He had the scholarship fund, we had pensions, we had great 401k's that got better the longer you were here, we got raises every year. There were Christmas Celebrations, employee rewards and employees were acknowledged and had xtra incentives such as additional days off, money rewards. There is none of that only for Senior Management. This company continues to get worse every year. I am glad I don't have long until the day I can leave. I am hoping to get RIF'd like most of the employees, except for management, are. Bring it on.
at this point BD knows its a lost cause and will collect his fortune and leave soon. PZ knows this too, but he has a couple of years left to rake in the millions for himself and his execs. when this group of looters leave, someone will have to acknowledge that aig is never coming back. there will never be an aig 200
we do but its too late to save this company. too much legacy garbage and corporate cronyism. just start selling off divisions and put aig to bed forever
