I know people will say they are consultants and can be let go but the bottom like poor mgt and leadership from shanks and vivid cost 700 plus families their incomes.

They were not told early and get nothing unless they work for a consulting firm that has bench pay. Some literally were working issues and calls on jabber and in the afternoon the uncomfortable notices came. What a utter unprofessional sh-tshow.

They probably were told. We transitioned first wave and second wave successfully to INFY. We can do this too. Hopefully they paid the contractors a month's notice or something

It is not reasonable to terminate the contractors with out giving at least two weeks notice. Very difficult to find good resources due to bad reputation.

Many contractors were very good experienced workers. I can’t the same about infy. So far, they gave us fresh out of college inexperienced employees. It will take 2-3 years before infy becomes productive and can deliver quality projects on time.

they are cleaning up the mess created by various directors and ED, who gave contracts to their favorite vendors.

Having one or two sourcing agencies, be it infy, ibm or other is better.

The plan is to let go of all the other vendors and only to get them via Shanks personal company info vizion, as leads we cant get any work done when there is no accountability from them. I would rather do it myself or the poor VDSI folks who do all the heavy lifting.

@1343QEo2-1vdd I dont know about all products but INFY had access to prod from a "clean" environment since May of last year. They were supposed to login from a verizon location but many were working from home
