At our store /////now running that work at Lowe’s advertisement loop on the loudspeaker every 15 minutes now Employees and customers are complaining it’s quite annoying way to go Marv
They're going to make changes that go directly to more profits (cut manpower) to drive up stock. Then sell and bail. Just like J.C. Penny. Notice they (Penny's) are closing more stores again. When you only aim to please shareholders, you destroy the very foundation of the business that got you there. No business exists without customers. The second most important factor is the employee directly in front of them. All the rest are just background. Shareholders are just along for the ride. Also many employees own stock. I'm sure they would appreciate a steady, reasonable dividend over many years instead of trying for a fast grab windfall that destroys their primary job. Some changes are always good to improve basics. I just think they cut too many incentives to hard workers. You know, the very one's making the money.
I thought managers giving the executives massages was part of the Lowe’s Las Vegas experience. How else are they going to determine the next district managers?

At 8am, our store manager was holding the morning meeting.
Everyone is fired except Marv and the Marvettes.
They’re going to announce the exclusive Day Spa massages at this years Vegas party.
The only requirement is the managers have to line up on their knees for the marvettes first.
It's probably some bs about the annual Vegas meeting. Logistically a call with 2000 participants isn't really a conversation. It's an announcement. So it's another meeting that should have been an email lol

Wrong on mst. Already said mst 2.0 will add positions.
IDK for sure but probably next up on the cutting block is MST's. Outside vendors work for peanuts and don't get benefits so expect to see more of them in the store.
