"Is this a normal way to live and work?"

Will everyone please take a step back for a moment and ask yourselves "Is this a normal way to live and work?".

This is abuse and I am sure none of you would tolerate these behaviors from anyone in your normal lives, so why allow people in a company to do it to you? I read an earlier post from someone who claimed to be a manager who was extremely unpleasant in his/her statements, and crossed the line in the way people are treated.

It takes one person to stand up only one.

I totally understand when everyone has to make a living to survive and that is the only reason it is tolerated.

That does not make it right because there are laws and ethics!!!

What do you expect from a company that until recently threw around the title Vice President of this or that like it was Thanksgiving candy being tossed from a float in the annual parade

No, it is definitely not normal for five out of seven managers to walk out!!! There was and maybe still are gigantic problems. Those managers refused to tolerate the abuse anymore. I can understand one, but five....oh there is a problem. If not addressed from the top, there will eventually be a huge scandal. Workers must be treated with respect which makes a more productive and pleasant place to work. Remember, it takes only one person to speak up, only one. NO ONE should be treated less than!!!

Why the managers walk out ?

seems what isn't normal is staying at a job that makes you feel this way.

are you trying to say that it isn't normal to not be able to eat breakfast before work because your stomach is as tight as a fist? And it isn't normal for five out of seven managers to walk out in a two month period?

Oh I could tell you a story about a many who was down right nasty.
