Well the billing transformation was WAY over budget due to a certain director who paid finance no mind and just kept crying for additional people on it. He’s part of the problem but others will suffer due to it.

IT is a sub group under GTS. All non-IT folks in GTS are ok. Significant cuts to IT. They tried rebranding themselves as GTS, but have different budgets.
If you are directly supporting one of the business unit, you will me moved directly under them or cut (likely duplicate work, as they tried to build their own empires in IT).
