I'd gladly give up the whole CEO trip just to save a round of layoffs. I know it won't happen though. But it looks bad to still be having large waves of layoffs while flying a large group off for an expensive celebration trip. I know you need to reward good performance but I think a discrete bonus check would have been a better idea.
The criteria is nonsense for techs. I fly around to fix machines that have 60+hour initiation times before I land. So my response time is poor.
Not that I want to win this and spend 30h flying coach.
I'm guessing that I won't be in it.
