No salary increase ever (been here for 3 years) $3K bonus at VP level.
Being asked to work longer hours and am routinely told we are lucky to have a job.
Stay away from this place...

That's not good.. Have you had good performance reviews? Are you possibly maxed out on salary? I know it would be silly to hire you at the max.
So glad I was let go last year. After several years of getting a 60% bonus reduction with no increases, I am glad I landed a job with a company who values their staff. I just got a non-performance based 2k increase and was told that the company wants to remain salary and benefits competitive, so we won’t leave. Culture shock at its best!
