It’s not the end of this coming year. I brought in 734 new savings, 126 new businesses, 450 Renewals, 235 credits yet still no Raise.!!!! It’s time for me to leave!!! It was good for 4 years, but sometimes you have to go where you’re appreciated.

If advantage coordinator is going away in February. Why do they have Blitz scheduled thru April so far?
Membership will be gone in February
I keep seeing membership lead complain about how much money they make but here the thing. First ours just sits back in the office most of the time time and does nothing. Second they still got paid 15 hour and then they go mileage money which some weeks for ours not everyone was at least extra 200 or more. So now they only go out once a month but I can bet you ours will make enough milage that if u divided it up they would be making well over 18 hour. So stop complaining if ur still doing that job then just do it and hush.

I wasn't aware clubs still had "marketing" leads. All the marketing leads in our region are basically now an additional MSL. They haven't been on the road pretty much since all the changes but our membership numbers are up from last year.

The new position isn't better paid the salary spot I've seen it it's worse than all coaches and part of it's based on incentives it starts out at like 35k all other coaches start out minimum 45
126 new businesses? There is no business membership.
Raises happen at the same time each year for the annual raise. I would assume that your position will be replaced by the salaried membership positions they've been testing. I would stick around, good chance that will be a pretty highly paid position.
Apply for another leadership department they're going to get rid of the membership department I felt that way a year ago I use to be a membership lead and i switched departments you can tell they can make the same amount of money with groupon and other offers
Sam’s Club doesn’t care about us. We work hard everyday, not once did we receive a raise. I wish you the best of luck. Costco would be Glad to have you on their team.
