Yes. I would expect after earnings call on January 31, 2020 it will be cut to make the numbers time
And if you read MIP and RIF/Severance policy in HR Direct website they won’t pay your bonus unless you are employed on payout date which is March 13. Expecting most cuts of band 4 employees before that date. And other bands can be cut at anytime
Time to plan an exit strategy while they rearrange the deck chairs on the Titanic with yet another Re-Org
