Just read an article that Delta Airlines is sharing profits with its employees. Every employee will receive a 16.6% one time bonus, essentially 2 months salary. Wouldn't that be nice if honeyhell would act similarly. Even half of that.

Burden rates are listed in Project bids by selecting site. Averages are as follows: US is 120, PR is 60, CR (Brno) is 30, and India is 20
Bonuses and Profit sharing are 4 letter words to Honeywell's overpaid Leadershi*.
No guarantee band 4s will get 5%. Just like raises and certain percentage will get zero.
I do see your point, but well, band 4s get 5%...
HON buys winning companies, makes them dysfunctional, slow pays suppliers, buys influence with HIPAC, imports H1B Visas, and divest losers. Cash to employees is investing in a depreciating asset that can easily be replaced with non threats who drink koolaid for 24 months at 60% less comp.
Even if they did, it's not like the employees would be happy with it. Most would complain that it wasn't enough or have some other issue with it. No reason to do something nice when everyone would just find a reason to complain.
Keep dreaming!
