So the real story...

RTM is a rolling change maybe up to 4 months (they will Be given a 4 week heads up) then will be moved to a csa 4 on the floor if they want. LNS loses title only. Some stores will split pro and lumber and add a supervisor. Some stores add a Oslg ds. Most stores will lose 1 install sales associate and will run with a supervisor and 1 associate. The install sales associate losing position can take a csa 4 position on the floor. This change will happen in 4 weeks.

Does anyone know what the parameters are for separate OSLG Supervisor? Is it volume? What about a high volume store but in the northern US? Gets a bit quiet from November - Feb,( except for Xmas trees). And now the ISLG & OSLG staff is pretty much shared and since 1 Supervisor we work on whatever his priorities are, whether they are our primary location or not.

I've been with lowes for 10 years and the 10 years I've been with them I've only gotten full bonus 3 times. so it won't rest matter to me. what makes me wonder is this, so csa4 tops out around 15.88 or less an hour. so I'm at 19 bucks an hour. I'm guessing I'll never get another raise again unless I move up. also by doing this they are saving money cause they don't have to pay decent money to people with a title . they can just hire them as a csa and pay them 11 bucks an hour. I do everything at our store, I'm not just in my area but where ever they call me to help. receiving blows in my store and cause of me only we only lost 700 bucks in inventory the other week. see how much I work now. cause by doing this they are losing customers. certain people only come into deal with me. now that they will be taking my keys and override card! you won't believe how many times I get text or calls on my lunch break or day off cause managers won't come in open the f—ing gate and or do overrides .

The LNS gets the higher bonus pay for Q4 then it goes to the regular CSA level starting Q1. Nobody needs to “get bumped” for RTM to go to a CSA 4, you just put them in a department on the sales floor. No mess at all.

My store already has a DS for Lumber and a DS for Pro Sales. But I would like to see a DS added for OSLG. Not sure what is happening with the Install Office at my store. I thought at one time they planned to centralize the install office.

Wont the LNS lose bonus money with the title change? The RTM going to CSA4 but where? Are they going to bump someone. What a mess.
