Yes, I was Furniture and was with company 5 years, but still by far the most junior, and got 5 weeks severance.

I lost 4 of my 7 associates in Open Sell Women's Shoes due to the restructuring and that 8030 take over the operational aspect of the department. But 8030 had a reduction.....
