Fresh training class questions?

So my fellow associates went to the fresh training classes. They told me that all fresh team leads will be gone by march 1st. Also that they would be putting the responsibility on the regular associates without any pay increase. Can anyone confirm this to be true?

What skill do produce associates have that anyone else can't learn in 2 seconds? That's why they didnt get a raise.

Only difference between cafe associates and cashiers is cashiers sell plus and credit and cafe associates make greasy pizza and let their dining rooms go to sh– so cashiers can clean up after them. They don't deserve raises either

The Fresh Trainings (obviously most people commenting do not work in fresh) are to level set and put everyone on the same processes. Let’s be real. The training within this company is pretty bad. It should be no surprise that every club does something a different way. With fresh this is a recipe for failure. When you go to a McDonalds you know what you are going to get because they have a training process that helps produce a consistent product. That really doesn’t exist at Sam’s and these trainings are an effort to try and pull that off at the clubs. It’s a pretty simple concept really. I’m shocked it wasn’t plain as day obvious to all of the “shouldn’t they know how to do their job” lobby.

My husband doesn't want me to go to the classes and stay overnight. I can do most of what training is for already so will I get fired for not attending the classes? The classes are being held about two hours away and I don't think I can trust my car not to break down, and I am afraid to drive.

With time is it possible however fresh team leads are attending the trainings as well. It's an eventuality but not at this time.

Pretty sure all fresh associates got raises to between $15-18 an hour a few months ago. Pretty sure the rest of the club doesn't get big raises and then made to go to training classes to learn things you should have already known. Smh
