I was part of the January 2 group whose position was eliminated. I was quite surprised to receive a letter from HR yesterday stating I can expect an RRP bonus. I was very surprised to receive this and it is most welcome. Not good enough to stay but good enough for a bonus. Hmmmm????

I also got RRP for 1%
letters appear inconsistent and typical. if youre still there good luck. tick tock
Got a letter as well
what if your laid off in 2019, and don't get a bonus come 2020 for 2019 "achievements"????? Is that part of the team-family-love-dancing fests?
RRP - What a joke unless you are a 32 and ^ which at Optum is a ton of people, which about 40% of those people SHOULD be let go. Talk about a top heavy company....
So is it to prevent a possible class lawsuit? Systematically hustling bonus? In some states its a crime. However, then those who are not yet laid off got zero. Its not adding up.
Lots of nurses leaving. Unsure why.
i was part of the Jan 2 lay-off too. And received my RRP bonus. I was surprised too.
I was laid off on 1/2 and also got an RRP letter yesterday.
Well I guess there’s hope.
I received the same letter and was part of the Dec 2 layoff. Totally weird. I love how the letter starts off thanking me for 2019 contributions. Whatever.. I’ll take the money.
RRP is based upon past performance - that is why you are receiving it. RRP and a layoff are mutually exclusive.
I also received a letter today, I was laid off effective jan 2 and have also received a bonus
did you receive the bonus amount you would have normally expected or a lower amount? just wondering.
RRP- Rewarding results program. Annual bonus based on company and individual performance. Varies highly based on grade level from 0-30%+ of salary.
What's an RRP?
