Its funny fresh got all these raises. Make more money then other departments and then still have to go to traininging to do there job.

I hope your work ethic isn't as bad as your grammar.
We were not trained on how to do our job. We were trained on new technology, financial data, company expectations and the importance of no tolerance for those associates not following company directions. So, before you assume, maybe you should ask. Yes, Fresh Associates have received pay increases because they have more member service, and food safety responsibilities. If you don’t work in fresh, you have no idea the amount knowledge a fresh associate must have in order to do their jobs. The do much more that stocking and zoning.
They do fresh training practically every year. Always pretty much the same stuff with a few new "genius" ideas from home office mixed in.
It is a benefit to new fresh leads but as a fresh lead for the last 14 yrs they are pointless.
I do agree that the fresh depts and leads make too much money for their positions compared to certain other positions in the club, but as a fresh lead, all I can say is join the fresh team!
I agree with the original poster! If you are going to have to do their job you should get the same pay!!! It’s time that this company started to be fair to ALL of the employees!!
