This company is on a path is self destruction... and nothing or no one can stop it.
From a confirmed source, the restructuring will look like this. An announcement will come in April.
It all the same all the time... It is all about cutting costs since IBM is unable to generate growth... The execs don't care, they just hope to make it to the next quarter and then to the end of the year so they can get their hefty bonuses paid... then it starts again...

Nope. Pipe dream. The company is way more broken than to be fixed by one change of leadership.
