Has anyone who has been laid off by HCL been hired back their core?

I believe new Xerox HR policy prohibits rehire, including HCL and even contract agencies
Always remember , it’s easier to find a job when you have one than it is when you don’t , you lose all negotiating power when you are unemployed . I thank God everyday I bailed off this sinking ship !!
HCL rebadge = you will be fired
If you get HC'Helled and you don't see the writing on the wall god help you! The moment you're hcl your only focus is finding another job.

If it is any consolation the XBS model is the preferred model to operate globally. Just not with that ‘local’ service that got you here.

No. And if you sit around hoping it will happen you will miss out on better opportunities elsewhere.
