How does Sams allow a team lead to be part time and not follow block schedule?? How can they make up their own rules for certain associates??

Why did HO make FTers have blocked schedules? Wasn’t that to eliminate ‘Favoritism’?

I recently left a store doing the same thing. Just a store where only certain people win. That was in Hodgekins.
It happens we had one for months then left. Position wasn't filled or posted to be filled then the pay rate went up and that individual was givin their position back full time. Gm s can do what they want some see it as its their club. Disregarding what we all know is unfair
There are part time team leads. Do a career search.
