We were told at my club that your points will affect your Sam’s share. I have. Always been within the points to not have to worry. It was stated that with the quarterly bonuses (which in my club has given us more $ than any previous yearly bonus) giving more $ than the expectation on associate attendance would be higher so if you don’t show up you don’t deserve the same amount as those who do.

It actually tells you on the call off phone number that it will affect your bonus.

I actually think this is a good idea, ppto protects quite a bit, this provides incentives to be at work and rewards those with no attendance issues.
