No I don’t read reviews on restaurants, I could give two phucks about someone else’s opinion of a place to eat., I’m not a sheeple, I’m a big boy who can make his own decisions about what I’m doing. Same goes with everything I do in life I make my own way and have for a long time. And the other person was right, your the one who’s ranting. So please go listen to someone’s advice and quit your job and then go look for another one!

Ok well that’s you. That has nothing to do with the validity or usefulness of the website. When you’re looking for a place to eat do you ever read the reviews beforehand or do you just say screw it Im hungry I’ll take whatever at the first place I see? Seems like you just wanted to rant.
I never said I made a mistake coming to work here, and I do share about my experiences here. That being said, I still stand by what I said. People are going to either take it or leave it. This cycle will end, be it six more months or two years it will end. I still enjoy my job and like what I do. Therefor I will continue to come to work, do my job and be a Thorne in the sides of the company men!
That's a very uninformed comment. You assume everyone is so desperate they have to take any job offered. Just because you find yourself in a job you hate and are unable or unwilling to get out of it doesn't mean that other people don't want to do some research and find out more about the company before accepting a job over other offers they may have. In the effort it took you to write that rant, you could have actually shared your experiences good or bad on there and potentially helped someone else out from making the same mistake you did.
Why! What difference does the glass door approval rating matter? I am a devout supporter of all of our unions and hate lance and Jim with a passion, but no one gives two phucks about the CEO’s approval rating, if someone needs a job they are going to take a job no matter how c-appy. Do I feed my family working for a bad CEO or do I wait for around hoping for something better to come along while my family suffers?
