My manager even know that I had a raise.. I find out here and I check my workday and I had the raise.
If you are receiving a 2% raise you will get a workday notification they were sent out on February the 15th and all you need to do is go into workday and acknowledge it. No more manager discussions or paper to sign.

Maybe they are asking here because their Manager doesn't know.
