A journalist here, would someone be able to summarize what's going on (we are fragmented across multiple threads and it's hard to grass the entire story)

No alot of people Got more jobs added and all thru got was the 2 percent. That really sad it just sends the message that some are better and valued more than others but they can all do same jobs just gonna pay this person 15 or 18 and this one 11. But we all do same jobs. How is that ok

No not all people that got more responsibilities were given raises. I am a TL and now have to carry keys to building and codes to alarm. No raise was offered this used to be a salary managers job. I now have to work off the clock since there is no time clock before you open door and turn off alarm. Let alone being on alert from time you drive in for unusual activity.
But did employees they get these extra jobs get a raise to?
How is it legal to eliminate a position and "force" them to take a totally different position? Shouldn't there have been a choice or severance offered? Seems like a lawsuit.
Prove you're a journalist. Say something liberal and state your name and the publication.
Every year Sam's club has everyone wondering what changes are going to happen. Who is getting there job eliminated and who is getting more responsibilities with some not getting any raise for that.
My club had to managers let go today. There will be shifting of personnel next.
Now they will say we have given raises but not everyone in those groups get it.
