Just got off the call and all the trolls who post that managers are being fired. So wrong lol. Just changed some of the rolls and who responsible for what and raised the minimum pay for salary managers. I’m loving it. Maybe now y’all wont believe what is written on here by the trolls. Yes Produce is over freezer cooler But that’s bout the biggest change

One manager let go at our club Tuesday. Asset Protection/Grocery. New one coming in from another club.
Two were let go in my club but the club next over didn’t loose any

None were let go at ours. We currently have 5 ASM's but one got shipped out months ago to another club and his position has not been filled yet. Also our CM told us that 400 managers on the Sam's side of the company were let go yesterday both good and bad ones.
Also something about there now being a CoManager 2 position in the markets now.
Our Club let go one of the best managers in our store today. Cant believe they kept 2 that talk down to associates and treat people like c-ap. He was always so nice and helpful, treated you with respect. Sam's Club is no more the Sam's Club we knew!

Sounds like one of the few & far between that just got the short end of the stick. I don't think they kept any mgr with a development needed. At least that's what our CM said. Who knows anymore. That's the problem with this company that has lost any integrity it had years ago.

Trolls? While there are trolls on this site. In this case, Assistant Managers were let go today. While you may be jumping up & down being high & mighty, remember there have been many posts over the years about upcoming changing, while it may not all be right what they say, but those changes have happened

Lost a good manager today. Just because he was the last one in. He was an exceeds expectation on his eval. We kept 2 managers with development needed. It is beyond reasoning why this company would fire someone over time with the company and not their talent or performance. I’m sure he isn’t the only good manager our company lost today. Sam’s Club made a horrible decision! Very disappointed in this company.

We lost one as well. Original poster is an id–t. Remember not getting burned just keeps you on the radar for next time, and there will be a next time....just like last time.
We lost a manager, but not the position. Company did talent review like last time, he was let go and job will be open to managers whose club lost positions.
So trolls as you say we're right that managers were getting let go

Managers did get let go today, that’s what the 9am meetings/calls were about. Tier 3 clubs went from 6 to 5 assistants
