In regards to RIS scores a rep in the great lakes region claims she was sabotaged by the company deleting positive surveys and leaving only negative ones. Apparently she had some relationships on the DL with management and they tried to get rid of her for fear of exposure. I mean what kind of safeguards are in place to prevent sabotage and manipulation with all these survey scores ?

You can audit the schedule to see if and when it was changed!!

I’ve seen them change the schedule at the last minute then say “where are you?” Track everything!
