They canned 4 at my club .. both bakery, one front end and the compliance manager.

Four managers at our club. And they announced opening ASM positions in the same breath. Gotta love this place...
I posted a little lower. So 3 managers total, the fresh 1, the front end, and myself were displaced ( merch comp manager )
They aren’t getting rid of both front end managers, it’s by tenure. If that’s not enough they are looking at coachings. The changes are to make it from 6 ASM’s to 5.
Front end is def one of the positions, but all position terms will be based on coachings. Meaning it could solely be based on coachings not just your current position and then restructure will happen with remaining ASM placements.
They both had at least 1 coaching. Don't believe if you want. Both were front end.
Was fresh mgmt affected?
2 managers at my club, front end and fresh 1. We were already down a fresh 2 and I’m merch/ comp, and wasn’t able to be there so I’m heading in now with direction to see CM as soon as I arrive.
You will not have 2 front end managers after today.
