When are we supposed to hear about our "raises" and/or "promotions" at CSW? Any word on how big/small they will be?

Grand Rapids' "raise" was a picnic style barbecue party which was one of the cheapest company outings that I've ever been to.
Did you compete your goals yet? Just put you goal for the year is to find a new job.
Well not all will get bonus this next two weeks,seems to get smaller each year,it is based on profit and program.
the raises are small - from none to 3% max... It doesn't matter how hard you work, you will get the same raise and no bonuses...
