Just learned that our ASM got the axe on Tuesday, however they are bringing in a new one? Does tht make sense?
Produce Leads have been a joke. Stop crying be ause now you have to do more than polish apples and stack pallets.
What about the 2 deli leads for tier 4 clubs with produce taking over deli and freezer coolers?
Produce leads got screwed. Now they know the pain of the front end leads and merch leads. Meanwhile the other fresh leads continue making bank "managing" their tiny little areas.

Why doesn’t Front end associates that have been with company 9 years or even 5+ years get a pay bump more than 2%.

Going I’m now, have zero coachings in my 5yr career, never had below a meets expectation on any eval... so we’ll see
