So much inaccurate information on this page. Just finished our management meeting. Lost one AM position but since we are already short one AM no one was displaced. Structure calls for 2 MSMs, 2 Fresh, 1 Merch/Compliance, & 1 Merch. Currently have 2 Merch and 1 MSM. One manager was reassigned from Merch to MSM effective Saturday 2/29. Entry level pay increased but managers over that amount will not get an adjustment.

Which manager is over the back room? I was so happy (sorry I didn’t like the person) when they let go of the 1 manager they let go of in my store but they let them go 2 days ago before this meeting. The person wasn’t worth anything though so it wasn’t a loss. I haven’t heard one person (even other managers) say what a bad move it was.
They also got a 10k raise.
And anybody currently sitting in limbo with MIT has to wait until April 1st to apply for any open positions left due to the displacements.
