Was told today meat cutters will not get the 2% raise even if you did not receive the bump up back in the summer.

I am a fresh lead and got my 2% raise effective 2/15. I didn't get a bump in pay with the restructure last year because I was already making more than the minimum. So if you got a bump in pay last year due to the restructure you will not get a raise this year.
Fresh leads get no raise this year. Even if u didn’t get a bump in July
My club manager announced that during the morning meeting. He said anyone who got a bump up in pay due to something like that wouldn’t get the 2% (aka ¢.30-¢.40) raise.
I did and it's not in workday.
You should already have the raise, everyone should. Look on Workday.
