Posting as probably many people on pins and needles this week. Once you go through a LR, you will look back and realize it's just another step in life. Accept it, say little, and move on. Don't spend your time beating yourself up or worrying. Big world out there. You can't do much about it. It's just business. Worst crud is going to happen. This is just a bump in the road.

Sometimes it is difficult just to move on. I was 60+ when I was laid off in 2016. I was facing the very real possibility of never working again as an engineer. Luckily, after 6 months I was able to find something. Not ideal but at least I'm getting a paycheck.
And Always Remember Kids : Cisco CARES about your mental health!!
