Friend that works for Cisco through Broadsoft acquisition was let go this morning along with a ton of others.

I saw the writing on the wall the first year Broadsoft (BS) was acquired. I met a lot of great BS guys and I hoped my premonition would be wrong but sadly Cisco has not changed one bit. Remaining Broadsoft folks should leave that Cisco dump. Cisco has no strategy and does not value its employees.
Cut down of half of former BroadSoft team doesn't seem correct.
Hope Tessler is happy. Sold for too little and sold out loyal staff.

Can confirm. Half of a former broadsoft team was cut this week. Personally, I thought it was obvious that this was going to happen.
I came from Broasoft, and got axed, along with several of my colleagues.
