I bet I know the name of the Director who naps.
Why do they need a MD, Director and a VP for one group? The need to eliminate the tier. My Director at Pershing naps in his little cubby hole and his MD laughs about it. What does that tell you?

VP’s doing nothing? Let me tell you that there is a lot of MD’s doing nothing as well. Agreed it is time to trim more fat. This was supposed to be done when Hassell was CEO.

Bring it. Plenty of fat to cut and dead wood to chop. You got VPs doing new hire work at 2 3 times pay. Why?
