We tried to bring in some SC team members for a large project in HOP but they were too weak and couldn't cut it so we dumped them.

That's a joke, right? Sometimes sarcasm doesn't come through clearly across the Internet. SC is supposed to be replaced by a product which is literally multiple YEARS late now.
HOP is full of EMC long timers and inside garbage who cannot do or get anything in time. But they are protected for various reasons and painting rosy pictures and making fool of MD. Simply said.... free pay check for years in HOP dev and qa
