Haven’t had a TL for CPU for years, now have a TL that rotates between 4-1230 and 3-1130. And now ,the TL needs to tell us when to take breaks, Lunch, what orders to pull! TL seems to make sure to announce over the walkie, any mistake someone makes but yet, the TL makes Many of the same mistakes. SMH.
Can’t seem to fill this position in my club. I mean the rotation of opening and closing isn’t attractive. They’re over club pickup but they’re also a merch lead. As CPU has been put with merchandising team and no longer in member team. Ultimately they make sure they are doing their jobs and covering lunches and breaks.
Can anyone tell me how I can find the job duties on the wire
I wk 4am to 12:30 and all I do is pull orders! Thats it! I do nothing that a team lead does!
And do they just pull orders all day? What's the responsibilities for this position?
My block for digital sales is a mix of opening 4 am and closing 3pm shifts with 1 weekend off and 1 additional Sunday
Our digital lead does club pick up Monday through Friday. Has weekends off. Works am shift 4am - 12:30
What are the hours for that position? 4am?
Ours just dispences, but got a nice raise! Read the job duties people, mgnt get the companies moneys worth ain't happening at out club.
Responsible for pushing a buggy around and oyi , really wouldn’t call it work.
Maybe they're asking because they're interested in applying for the job....smart@$$
