At least one BU is aggressively hiring PM’s and TME’s in India, when their business is basically flat or slightly negative. It’s very clear what is going to happen to the non-India based PM’s and TME’s.

The Cisco Divestiture Model:
1) Move all product team functions to India
2) Sell business
3) Lose money on sale of said business
This is only my thought (please don't believe, this is only guessing.
Do you think this strategy possible happen in near future. Learning from Covid-19 spreading case:
- May be US companies and others too will relocate their facilities from one country to other countries, for example from India is spread to other (6-10) countries and some other back to US .
- similar case for Manufacturing, from China is spread to many countries.

TMEs are smart people who cant cut in front of customer, they stare out windows during meetings, go on long rambling confusing tirades that leave the customer speechless, but turn out pretty good SRNDs, too bad no on reads them.
