A lot of people on here direct their voices through their posteriors to appear knowledgeable yet provide little to no value. What will provide actual insights? Monday or Tuesday, Corp. Affairs will drop their post selection event revamped org chart and subsequently provide details to the EOIs and those getting sent off. There has been nothing to suggest anything beyond the standard CVX package. What is beyond doubt is that those especially gifted at the unsavory art of managing-up in this function have maneuvered themselves into lofty new perches. While this behavior is not confined to CA, the newly empowered rascals make the rest of the company’s brown-nosers appear like guileless children in comparison.
You guys keep on posting false rumors, speculations, guessing and dreaming. The comments and far-fetched estimates reeking of desperation are entertaining.
If they really want to change out the mature folks with old ways of thinking, the package needs to be four weeks and 90 points bump so stocks vest.

They're trying to get rid of people without a selection event and without getting sued for age discrimination. The response to voluntary EOI is low, they will enhance it. And individual BU/Dept have discretion on enhancement
Do you have some kind of insider information? There is really no reason for them to enhance it. I think what they already offer (2 weeks severance for every year employed) is better than you will get for most companies.
Also, just because you raise your hand 🙋♂️ for the EOI does not mean you will get it. And, even if you don’t raise your hand. 🙋♂️ 🙋♀️ You still might get it.

No enhancement packages for US employees. There may be a case for enhancement packages with some international employees, especially to entice relinquishing terms of employment contracts.
Chevron can easily eliminate anyone with or without two weeks severance. No reason to enhance anything.
