Anyone who took VSP 12/2018 and retired receive a W2 from Wells Fargo , Agent for Verizon Commun for 2019? Verizon payroll says they can't explain what it is for and it is impossible to reach Wells Fargo.
HR will NOT help you once you are off payroll...I had to get a past copies of W2 from IRS directly
I have known some great managers, women and men who instinctively knew how to both manage people effectively and, who also easily grasped how to navigate the nuances of life that, just as instinctively, came to most people easily.
They did not need their hand held.
They had at least a glancing familiarity with Google.
They looked into things for themselves, rather than delegating and imposing that burden to others, to search out easily discoverable answers, ones that some continue to be too lazy to investigate for themselves.
To the lazy non self-starters, your days of being in a position of delegating out the most pathetically simplistic of inquiries to subordinate peons is over. You enjoyed your free ride. Now it’s time to put your big boy pants on and look into things for yourself. Potting training’s over. Take charge. Manage it (without subordinates).
