I'm a full time cashier, one of two. We both want our days off to be consecutive. As it stands, I'm off Tuesday and Thursdays and she's off Monday and Wednesday. Why, in the name of all that is holy, can't they just switch the days so we can get two in a row. I don't care which ones I get. Neither does she.
Is it this way at all stores? Or is this our manager's decision?
They can switch so one of you has Mon/Tues and other has Wed/Thurs... if they won't, then they probably want one of you gone.

Really we can switch days ??? They are telling us that feature is coming . Block scheduling is not even a big deal anymore . GM can change your block scheduling anytime he wants .....,
