This is no longer a fun job. I use to love it but now it’s impossible to enjoy. Just a paycheck. I know this is wrong to think this way. I need to decide to either move on or not.

Leave. Just do it. I’ve been displaced and was offered a team lead position else where, but decided today I’m not taking it. I’m young and that place doesn’t deserve me. I was great to my associates, respected by my colleagues but I’m not willing to sacrifice any longer for a place that just considers me a number. I met many great people. The corporation however can get f—ed though. 1-2-3 COSTCO! 😂
I have a life now that I'm out of that sh– hole!! So don't tell me to get a life & I put in the years so I think I the right to complain after going with the flow for so many years. And yeah I don't work there anymore thank god, RETIREMENT the best, no more stress.
You all need lives! You dont work here anymore! My apologies you all have nothing better to do with your lives then b–ch about your former employer
I left last June on father's day and inventory day. Much happier now and a lot less stress. No regrets
Adding plus memberships was the start of the downward trend.
Do it I did it after 23&1/2 years there. It did use to be kinda fun for the first 10 years then it started going downhill fast. The last 2 years were bad then when they took the overnight crew which I was on it was hell trying to do our floor jobs with all the members in here. The club started looking like c-ap empty shelves , end caps just a dirty mess got to be embarrassing . But anyway leaving was the best thing I ever did, no more watching lazy co workers ,time stealing losers !! RELIEF ...
Move on. Do it. I did it last year. Don't regret it.
Do it!
It stopped being fun 10 to 12 years ago. Just another below average corporate entity
Depends on your tenure, age, and family situation. If you're young, you should have been gone by now.
I think you already know what you need to do. It's just having the guts to do it.
