Ok question...if a rep finished 100% new adds, 100% upgrades and 100% rev why are middle managers still trying to micro manage the metrics??

Note the time, date & exact interaction/transaction, customer’s info. Verizon is a company where one has go to work with shield, body armor & a sword like they used to go in ancient times to a war. SMs r not ur friends(at the end of the day they’re “Managers” at Verizon, doesn’t matter how “Cool” they r & how much they hook u up), Trust nobody (customers who might say they loved the store experience etc but still give u a 7, “Involve an SM”, notate the account), metrics don’t matter much, if they see u tried, they cannot, I repeat cannot come after u, once again (time & date concept), bcz then u can come after them, then it simply s—s for them, be proactive about HR & HR matters, discuss with a good friend or an attorney abt this harassing & toxic work environment to get ideas abt what to do next instead of asking peers( like I mentioned above, nobody is ur friend), which wasn’t used to be like this but it is unfortunately( if we had a Union like AT&T, this kind of c-ap would’ve made its way into the media already, so well that explains how Verizon gets a Tax Refund every year)Make sure if one doesn’t get along with an SM, to “Document” it in the email. “Do NOT”, rely on “Verbal” promises, or I got u bruh stuff.

We are still in sales. Those metrics build your bucket. You will not be 100% right away so if you are not pacing, your bucket will be hurting so using the metrics as a guide to help you hit your targets. That is why they are messing with us about metrics. If you are not pacing for a check and your metrics are low they can still "coach" you and show where they have been trying to help us.

I wanna know if everyone in retail has been going out the front doors. Are senior leaders trying to make the stores look busy? Were getting told that were up YOY in traffic but take 30-40 swings out/day due to employees coming in and out and guess what? were not up yoy

What's the company asking for since leaderboard is gone away?

100% to new line quota
100% of renewals
100% total revenue (bucket)
And 85% RIS

So if you hit those numbers you are doing exactly what 2.0 metrics are and what the company is asking you to do.. so look at 100% total rev, that's pull through, TMP and Ard ...does it matter how you get to that 100% total rev? No it doesn't !! So why are middle and upper managers still harking on the TMP number , the PT number and the ARD number? It shouldn't matter as long as you get to 100% or higher
