So why isn't anyone considering a start-up to combat the UHG/Optum machine? A&G, R&D , Clinical can totally end the process for providers. Are people consulting to do so? If not, they should be!

Many of the best have left already. Amazon to the rescue! Give them time, but they will be a success just as they faithfully deliver packages to your door they will be there for us when all other insurances eventually fail
