Saw my supervisor watching a video entitled STI redesign when I went to ask him a question and I was like “whaaaa?” And he told me to go away.

I miss being STI elig. NPS qualifier was to replace that then, oh wait by bye NPS qualifier we will just wrap it into your pay one year and never see an STI again.

Sti will most likely come back when they cut commissions. Everyone knows it's coming.
If you are STI eligible you should have gotten an email from Hans directing you to the videos. If you are not STI eligible, it shouldn't matter to you.
